Hawk School Management System provides schools with an innovative tool that can grade students’ behavior in both qualitative and quantitative manner.
Grading System
Every day, students’ behavior is observed and recorded grading them from A to E. Students earn points for good behavior and lose points for bad. There is a detailed note attached to each grading, extensively explaining the reasons for specific grades.
Rewards System
Each school has a code of conduct, the guidelines for general behavior etc. When students follow those rules they get positive affirmations. Extra effort accounts for extra points.
The system is totally integrated and can be viewed by students, edited by teachers and reviewed by parents and the principal.
